We operate a network of online merchandise stores where officially licensed designs are produced as made-to-order products through print-on-demand fulfillment, in licensed partnership with creators, athletes, influencers, teams, and brands.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use our services
• If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent
• By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements

3. Products & Orders

All products are made to order using print-on-demand production. This means each item is created specifically for your order after purchase.

• Product images are representative. Minor variations in color between your screen and the printed product are normal and expected
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Product availability may vary

4. Orders, Cancellations & Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

• Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement, before production begins
• After 4 hours, orders are locked in production and cannot be canceled or modified
• All sales are final on custom and personalized items
• Defective or damaged items will be replaced within 30 days of delivery — see our Return Policy

5. Payment & Pricing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in your local currency where available
• Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address
• International orders may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility

6. Shipping

Shipping times and rates vary by product and destination. Production typically takes 2-5 business days before shipping. Estimated delivery times and rates are shown at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and branding on our websites are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All merchandise is officially licensed through partnerships with the respective creators, athletes, and brands.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
• Purchase of a product grants you personal use rights only — not rights to the design itself

8. Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program is governed by separate terms provided upon approval. By participating, affiliates agree to promote our stores honestly and in compliance with applicable advertising disclosure regulations (FTC, ASA, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website
